Blocks, pieces and construction, is that what Echo- chrome is all about? I can't say about you, but for me, Echochrome is a compelling and challenging puzzler that is all about perspective. It features a black-and-white background and just a couple of blocks and sticks taking the form of a walking crash test dummy. What you need to do is to open up a couple of avenues in time to complete the challenge.

The game resembles Lemmings a lot, and comes with 56 completely different puzzles. Due to its distinct mechanics, it cannot be termed as a total crush rip-off, although the hacking premise is based on the same concept. Completing the puzzles requires you to forget about rules and reality, and embrace the impossibilities. It also allows players to create their own puzzles and challenges that can be directly uploaded for review. The game creators go through the available content and handpick the ones which are good enough to be made available to the rest of the players.

In case, you're looking for something unconventional, this one is a strange yet distinct puzzler.
